The Mirus Story

Founded on conviction,
built on track record

In 2013, Pritpal Singh Sodhi founded Mirus with a belief that ran counter to the entire NRI property industry: the best Dubai investment decisions happen in India, not Dubai. The model was radical — build a physical advisory presence in Delhi NCR and Dubai, serve HNI investors face-to-face, and earn trust through structured advice rather than transactional selling.

Today, that conviction has been validated by 749+ investor families, AED 920M in deployed capital, and a zero-complaint RERA track record across 12 years of every Dubai market cycle.

We operate from two offices — Delhi NCR and Bur Dubai — giving our investors both local familiarity and on-ground access. We work exclusively with Top developers: Emaar, Sobha, Damac, Aldar, Ellington, Imtiaz and Binghatti. We are RERA certified (ORN 31165, BRN 54508) and fully FEMA/RBI LRS compliant.
