Yes. Under RBI's Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS), Indian residents can remit up to USD 250,000 per financial year for overseas investments — including real estate. This is fully FEMA-compliant. Couples can jointly remit USD 500,000 per year. We guide you and your CA through every step of the remittance documentation.
Will I be taxed in India on Dubai rental income?

Under the India-UAE Double Tax Avoidance Agreement (DTAA), Section 90 of the Income Tax Act, rental income earned in the UAE is taxed only in the UAE — where the rate is 0%. However, you must declare it in your Indian ITR (Form 67 with Foreign Tax Credit). We work with you to ensure this is structured correctly. Capital gains on sale are similarly protected.
What is the UAE Golden Visa and how do I qualify?

The UAE Golden Visa is a 10-year renewable residency visa available to property investors who own real estate worth AED 2,000,000 or more in freehold areas of Dubai. It covers you, your spouse, and your children. It provides UAE banking access, travel flexibility, and the ability to sponsor domestic staff. How does the money transfer from India to Dubai work?

You remit through an authorised dealer (your Indian bank) under Form A2 of the LRS. The funds go to your UAE bank account or directly to the developer's escrow account registered with RERA. We provide a complete remittance checklist and CA-ready documentation. The process typically takes 3–7 business days per transaction.
Do I need to visit Dubai to buy a property?

No. The entire process — from property selection to SPA signing — can be completed remotely via Power of Attorney or digital documentation. Many of our pan-India clients have completed investments without a Dubai visit. We do encourage a visit before or shortly after investment, but it is not mandatory.
