About Mirus Global

Mirus Global Real Estate ("Mirus Global", "we", "us", or "our") is a Dubai-focused real estate advisory firm operating primarily in the Delhi NCR market. We provide investment advisory, relocation planning, and Golden Visa guidance to Indian and Pakistani high-net-worth individuals and families.

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected through our website (mirusglobal.com), WhatsApp communications, email correspondence, in-person advisory meetings, and any other point of contact between you and Mirus Global.

A note on our model: Mirus Global is an advisor-first firm. We conduct in-person, one-to-one meetings with clients. The information you share with us is used to serve you — not to be sold, traded, or used for purposes you haven't agreed to.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as biometric data, religious or political views, or medical information. We do not require your Aadhaar number at any stage of our advisory process.

Purpose of Processing

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To share relevant property options, developer updates, and market intelligence
  • To assist with Golden Visa applications and FEMA/LRS compliance guidance
  • To communicate appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and transaction documentation
  • To send market reports, investment insights, and Mirus Global newsletter content (with your consent)
  • To maintain accurate records in our CRM (Zoho) for continuity of service
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations under UAE, Indian, and UK regulations
  • To improve our website experience and understand how visitors engage with our content

We do not use your data for automated decision-making, profiling for advertising, or any purpose that has not been described above. You will never receive third-party promotional material as a result of sharing your information with us.


04 — Who We Share It With

Disclosure of Information

Mirus Global does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in the following limited and controlled circumstances:

  • Developers and project representatives — only when you have given explicit instruction to proceed with an enquiry or reservation for a specific property
  • Dubai Land Department (DLD) — where required as part of a property registration or verification process
  • Legal and compliance advisors — where you have engaged us for FEMA/LRS structuring or Golden Visa planning support
  • Technology service providers — including Zoho CRM, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp Business, solely for operational purposes and subject to their own privacy policies
  • Regulatory authorities — if required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory instruction in India, the UAE, or any other relevant jurisdiction

Any third party we engage is required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and is prohibited from using it for any purpose other than the specific service they are providing on our behalf.


05 — Data Storage & Security

How We Store and Protect Your Data

Your data is stored in Zoho CRM, hosted on servers in data centres that meet ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II standards. Email communications are managed through Google Workspace. WhatsApp communications are end-to-end encrypted by default.

We retain client data for a period of seven years from the date of your last interaction with us, in line with standard financial services record-keeping requirements applicable to property transactions and remittance advisory.

Access to your personal data within our organisation is restricted on a need-to-know basis. Only team members directly involved in your advisory relationship will have access to your file.

If you would like your data deleted prior to the standard retention period, please contact us using the details in Section 11. We will action deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any overriding legal obligation to retain records.
